In collaboration with Chocolate Artisan (Haberfield, NSW), the very talented Jessica Pedemont.
These handcrafted chunky bars (50g) are generously filled with a custom salted caramel made by heavily reducing our whey byproduct and carefully blending with whey butter, sea salt, and grass-fed local cream.
Jessica has concocted a perfectly balanced 75% dark chocolate to encase the caramel, consisting of sustainably sourced organic cacao, organic raw sugar, and non-deodorised cacao butter.
This special collaboration is brought to you with the festive season in mind, and will be available for a very limited time.

Vito Minoia became an apprentice cheesemaker at the age of 16 in Puglia, Italy. He has been producing traditional handcrafted cheese for over 50 years.
