WHERE DOES VANNELLA CHEESE DELIVER TO?

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COST?

Our delivery cost ranges, depending on your location and order value.

For nearby areas, we offer FREE DELIVERY for orders over $100, or a reduced delivery cost for orders over $50.

For further areas, we offer FREE DELIVERY for orders over $130, or a reduced delivery cost for orders over $65.

WHAT DAYS DOES VANNELLA CHEESE DELIVER?

We deliver online orders from Monday-Friday (excl. public holidays). There may only be certain days assigned to your delivery area and you will be given options to choose from when placing your order. For Sydney Metro and outlying areas, we can deliver Monday-Friday. 

WHAT TIME DOES VANNELLA CHEESE DELIVER?

Delivery time will depend on your location and the number of stops on the delivery run. The freight company will send you an SMS on the morning of your selected delivery day with an estimated delivery window. If the driver is expecting to arrive after this estimated time, a follow up SMS will be sent with a more accurate, updated delivery window.

WHAT IS THE ORDER CUT OFF TIME?

The cut off time for orders is 11am. We require minimum 3 business days to fulfil pick up orders and 4 business days to fulfil delivery orders. For example, orders placed before 11am Monday can be picked up from Thursday or delivered from Friday. Please note, there may only be certain days we can deliver to your area.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER VALUE FOR DELIVERY?

There is no minimum order value to be eligible for delivery, however, the delivery cost will depend on your location and order value.
