WHERE DOES VANNELLA CHEESE DELIVER TO?
Sydney Metro and some outlying metro areas.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COST?
Our delivery cost ranges, depending on your order value.
For orders valued over $120 we offer FREE DELIVERY.
For orders valued between $60.01-$120 the delivery cost is $12.50.
For orders valued between $0-$60 the delivery cost is $25.
Please note, an additional fuel levy charge may apply.
WHAT DAYS DOES VANNELLA CHEESE DELIVER?
We deliver Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). Available delivery days vary by location. Once you enter your postcode at checkout, you can view and select your preferred delivery date from the calendar.
WHAT TIME DOES VANNELLA CHEESE DELIVER?
Our chilled courier will typically deliver to you between 8am-3pm. The exact delivery time will depend on your location and the number of stops on the delivery run. The courier will notify you on delivery day when you can expect to receive your order. Please give us a call if you need an ETA and our team will be happy to contact the freight company.
WHAT IS THE ORDER CUT OFF TIME?
The cut off time for orders is 11am. We require a minimum of 4 business days to fulfil orders. For example, orders placed before 11am on Monday can be delivered from Friday onwards. Please note, there may only be certain days we can deliver to your area. We are unable to deliver on public holidays and weekends.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER VALUE FOR DELIVERY?
There is no minimum order value to be eligible for delivery, however, the delivery cost will depend on your location and order value. We offer FREE DELIVERY for orders over $120, otherwise a delivery fee is charged.
HOW WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Your order is packed in our recyclable cardboard box and is delivered via refrigerated courier. Once delivered, we recommend you transfer the items from your order that require chilling into the fridge as soon as possible.
