These adorable ‘little braids’ of cow’s milk mozzarella are the pride of Puglia, the birthplace of Vannella Cheese. Stretched and plaited by hand, their intertwined tendrils provide a pleasantly chewy texture. Enjoy them on their own, in salads or with Italian-style salumi.

Vito Minoia became an apprentice cheesemaker at the age of 16 in Puglia, Italy. He has been producing traditional handcrafted cheese for over 50 years.
