Salt Cured Kalamata Olives 80g (dried)

These kalamata olives have been simply cured in salt straight after picking. This leaves the olives with an intense umami-ness and pure concentrated Kalamata flavour. After curing, we lightly marinate the olives in a mixture of fennel seeds and freshly-pressed lemon olive oil. 

Ingredient: Salt cured Kalamata olives, lemon pressed extra virgin olive oil, fennel seeds.
