Made with 100% Italian durum wheat of highest quality, Luca’s pasta will always deliver the perfect ‘al dente’ bite! We dry our pasta slowly and at low temperatures using only bronze die. The result of this process is an extremely rough and porous pasta that is perfect for any seasoning. The long drying at low temperatures also improves the digestibility of pasta and reduces the formation of furosine in the pasta.

Vito Minoia became an apprentice cheesemaker at the age of 16 in Puglia, Italy. He has been producing traditional handcrafted cheese for over 50 years.
