The original corn chip, "Totopos" are Mexican corn chips. Made from organic blue corn tortillas, Dona Chollita hand cut and fry in small batches. Made from nixtamalized maize flour, this process activates the maize, which breaks down enzymes making it easier for your body to digest and access the nutrients in the corn. Gluten Free.
Ingredients: Certified organic nixtamalized maize flour, rice bran oil, himalayan pink salt.

Vito Minoia became an apprentice cheesemaker at the age of 16 in Puglia, Italy. He has been producing traditional handcrafted cheese for over 50 years.
