Strands of mozzarella and local grass-fed cream is combined with real Australian truffle pieces, creating a highly perfumed, and luxurious Truffle Stracciatella.
How would you use it? You can top your pizza (try potato and sausage!), stir some through mushroom risotto, load up a deli-style sandwich, or put a dollop in everyone's bowl of warm pumpkin soup.

ORIGINATING IN PUGLIA
Vito Minoia became an apprentice cheesemaker at the age of 16 in Puglia, Italy. He has been producing traditional handcrafted cheese for over 50 years.
