Avocado Oil Totopos (Organic Corn Chips)

The original corn chip, "Totopos" are Mexican corn chips. Made from organic tortillas, Dona Chollita hand cut and fry in avocado oil in small batches. Made from nixtamalized maize flour, this process activates the maize, which breaks down enzymes making it easier for your body to digest and access the nutrients in the corn.  Dip into salsa, or pair with your favourite cooked protien and our melty oaxaca cheese for a nacho extravaganza!
