Our delectable Truffle Burrata are filled with a creamy truffled stracciatella centre that is bursting with real Australian truffle pieces. It’s perfumed, savoury, and a little sultry. It’s time to take your wildest Burrata dreams to a whole new level.

Vito Minoia became an apprentice cheesemaker at the age of 16 in Puglia, Italy. He has been producing traditional handcrafted cheese for over 50 years.
